What are the max measurements?

Hi, it is hard to tell because I can't find this particular release on lolibrary, but with my amateur measurements the max bust is 98 cm and max waist is about 80 cm.

Do you know what the minimum bust size might be for the Jsk? Has it been stretched at all in that area? Also, are the straps still adjustable or was the modification permanent?
