Very old Angelic Pretty JSK! Based on the tag and on similar releases by AP in 2001 and 2003, I believe the dress is from 2002. The dress itself is in great condition and is made from a nice, lightweight cotton. There is an inner petticoat lining and the dress has a huge amount of volume to it! The straps are attached by buttons on the back to make them shorter or longer, or worn criss-cross on the back. There is one small stain on the lace at the hem- I have not tried getting it out, though. See photos for more detail.
From measuring the dress, I would say that it has a 130cm bust and about a 115cm waist at max!
