Super cute partial shirred angelic pretty JSK!!! Love this dress and can be dressed down for a more casual look. Waist ties are unfortunately not included as they got lost when I moved. I am unsure of the exact name of this dress or the measurements, but it fits me with some room and I wear a size 6 in dresses and am not busty. Good condition no known stains or damage that I have found.
