Lovely piece - no rust, good condition. A must-have for any Lolita wardrobe! Very versatile and goes with a lot of lolita coordinates! The plastic covering on the fabric handle has never been taken off (to avoid the fabric handle getting dirty). I have a btssb umbrella in white so selling this one as it's hardly used.
Selling as is , older piece - does not exist on lolilibrary (wonderful condition for it's age). Solid handle - great quality - not one of those fold-up umbrellas.
