This OP is in good condition, the elastic is still intact and in good shape, and comes with the original waist and neck ties and headbow. Also has two pockets! The print does have a small amount of color drift from the red to white portions from when it was washed, mostly on the back of the dress, please see all of the photos where I tried to capture it. It is not very noticeable when worn.

Measurements

The measurements on lolibrary are not accurate since the back is fully shirred. Here are some amateur measurements.

Bust: about 84 - 103 cm

Waist: about 70 - 87 cm

Length: about 89cm including lace

Cuff: about 28 - 33 cm
