Angelic Pretty French cafe chest ribbon JSK
Bought secondhand and tried on. There are no neck ties. Generally the dress has a feeling of use and the shirring slightly stretched, with I think some discolouring with age as the waist ties are ever so slightly a different colour to the dress. I think there's been some colour bleeding mainly just on the small polka dot bows on the print, the main border print doesn't seem affected. The lace on the shoulders is a little wrinkled and discolored from age too.
