Relisted due to deadbeat buyer. Perfect condition. Cute dress featuring lots of little florals.
Color: White, but all the flowers make it look pinkish Condition: Bought new however it is a sample piece (see last photo). I bought it without the neck ties. No found flaws on dress itself. Waist ties and center bow are detachable. Bust: Up to 36″ (partial shirring, would recommend 34″ for comfort) Waist: Up to 32″ Comes with: Dress, waist ties, and center bow.
