I am the second owner of this. I wore it only once indoors- I didn't like it on me as much as I thought I would! It's very comfy and has full shirring. It has foundation stains on the skirt (see attached image) but other than that, it's in decent shape. The stains aren't noticeable when worn. Free US shipping.
