Pristine condition Angelic Pretty Fancy Melody Skirt - Black

Beautiful, fluffy Angelic Pretty Fancy Melody skirt in black. This skirt was purchased brand new, though I unfortunately cannot locate the tag since moving. This skirt was worn once and then stored away in a dark closet for many years. No fading, damage, etc. to the skirt. It was stored hanging up by itself, so it's still in pristine condition and includes the waist ties and detachable pin. Skirt is fully lined, zips at the side, and features half-shirring.
