Please note that while the skirt itself is in pristine condition, the waist has been altered. The waist ties, original waist bow, etc. are still intact! I was still learning to sew at the time and did not do a professional job, the price reflects this.
The skirt is completely wearable, but could easily be altered back to its normal size.
