Oh no, you’re completely right, it is a mistake that I’ll correct immediately. I super apologize for the confusion. About its sretchiness, the torso area does stretch since it’s all cotton, no problem! However, I should mention that the organdy sleeves are not as stretchy. I have added the non-stretched measurements to the description ^^

you said this has shirring in the back and an adjustable waist but I don't see that in the picture. Is that maybe a mistake?
Also, does it stretch at all?
