What I mean is on a scale between measuring 91 and 140 cm, people with measurements on the lower half of the scale is way more likely to able to breathe while wearing it. Just because I can stretch the fabric flat to 140 cm, doesn't mean that someone with a 135 cm bust would be able to wear it comfortably. My wife's bust is above 91 cm and she can wear it comfortably c:
