it's listed as "free" on lolibrary (it's a very roomy dress!) But I measured the bust, lying flat, at 21". Lolibrary lists shoulder width at 36cm, and the dress as 90cm long. You won't have to worry about the waist; the dress is huge when you wear it, not fitted at all :-)
