super adorable! purchased here on lace market, but it didn't work out for me bc silly me didn't realize it was a dropped waist skirt so if I wear it where it fits on me my ENTIRE butt is out! tall-litas in general beware! its in great condition :) lolibrary has the waist as ~72 which i'd say is accurate, it has a pretty stretchy waist but if you go beyond that the like hip area isn't going to stretch
