Angelic Pretty Dreamy Dollhouse Skirt in Lavender

I bought this second hand, intending to alter it but never did. I purchased the skirt, tried it on, and it's been hanging in my closet ever since. Read my terms of sale and note that I own a dog.
The waist measurements are pretty true to the lolibrary posting. It is shirred so it does have some stretch, maybe up to 80cm fully stretched.
There are multiple things going on, there's still some glitter but not as much, loose threads, there's a feeling of it being worn (not as crisp) which is probably due to its age, and fading. Personally, I cannot tell where the fading is but I've attached the link to the post where I bought it from. The waist bow is included but I forgot to include it in the picture. I checked all over for more damages but didn't find any. This does not mean that these are all the damages. Please purchase at your own risk. You cannot say you weren't warned. No refunds will be given.
The skirt will be shipped USPS Priority Mail that comes with tracking and $50 insurance. Sorry for the high shipping costs, USPS just raised their prices again.
