Removable neck ties, and the shirring ribbon is included just not laced up at the moment. :)
I bought this dress from someone else a long while ago, and the only thing I’m not sure about is if the sleeves, the sleeves are very comfortable and not tight on the arms at all, seems like there’s no elastic to keep it squeezing your arms, not sure if that was how it was designed or not!
