I'm atleast the second owner of this skirt.
Please note  parts are missing from the skirt, such as the detachable front bows and the star clip. There is also some minor yellowing/fading on the top band of the skirt.
I purchased this in this state.

Otherwise, it's still very cute! The print on the skirt is vibrant and the cute star waist ties are still included.
