This dress is fully shirred but I would still recommend a bust size a bit smaller than the max measurement for a more comfortable fit. Please keep in mind the sleeves may be a bit tight depending on your arm size.
This dress has neck ties that are attached. It also includes detachable waist ties, detachable bow and the matching headbow.
