This is a set consisting of the Dreaming Macaron OP and the matching headbow in Yellow!
I purchased this from Closet Child online in 2015 and I have only tried it on once. The dress is fully shirred and can fit up to a 122cm bust, but you may find the fit more comfortable if your bust measurement is at least a little smaller than that. Thick arms might also find the sleeves a tight fit, so be warned. Please check the Lolibrary link below for more detailed official meadurements!
Dress comes from a smoke free and pet free home. No rips, tears, or stains. Both waist ties are included as well as the headbow. Please give this super cute sweets dress a good home with lots of loving wear!

Hello! Shipping to Maryland would be $13.65, and I can add insurance to cover the cost of everything for $3.40 more. I do think that this dress will fit a bust of 115cm, if you don't mind it possibly being a bit snug! It was able to get the dress on with a 124+cm bust, but it wasn't very comfy. So 115 will be a better fit for sure. And if you click on the Lolibrary link on the listing, there are some fit notes on the dress that you may also want to consider. Thank you for looking!
