I procured this dress sometime between 2007-2009. Worn several times and it's well loved.
The condition of the dress is good, however, please note that there is a feeling of 'wear' on this dress due to age and usage. No major defects/stains, etc.
The fabric is interesting. It's not broadcloth, but kind of a textured cotton fabric. Feels very durable!
