I know this fabric is notorious for snagging, but I couldn't find any snags at all (probably because I barely wore it). There is however a small dot/mark on one of the blue stars.
I think this is the 2011 release because of the long ribbon belt thing.
Length is about 16.5 inches and the waist is about 26 inches for a comfortable fit, though there is partial shirring so could stretch a bit further.
