Angelic Pretty Dream Shell Bag in Lavender. Includes two straps - a shorter strap and an adjustable shoulder strap with faux pearls. I'm the first owner and it was used a couple of times.
The shoulder strap is a little bit bent in a few places, but other than that there are no major flaws as far as I can see.
