Details: I mentally refer to this as the "Chef Blouse" because it looks like a super cute cooking outfit to me. It has enough detail to wear alone over a skirt or layered under a JSK. It is in perfect condition and shows no stains or signs of wear it is just a bit wrinkled. I never did any actually cooking in the blouse, lol. There is no shirring so the sizing is firm.
