Angelic Pretty Dot Tulle Pannier: Damaged
Damaged side on a unstained clean pannier
When I got this petticoat I realized that one side of the tulle seems to have been taken up. I'm not sure if it was a manufacturing mistake or done as a repair by the first owner but you should be able to see what I'm talking about in the second photo. Waist stretches from 26" to 44". Although I'm sure it isn't comfortable at 44".
