I am the first owner of the dress, bought from AP Japan in 2018. I wore it a few times and carefully washed it, it's in like-new condition. The print was designed by Kira Imai!
I am only selling it because it's not really my style anymore. It will come with its waist ribbon.
Dress has no shirring check the Lolibrary link for measurements.
