There is a small spot on the dress as pictured. The waist ties also seem to have some very minor discoloration around the edges. I tried to photograph to the best of my ability.
The overall look is definitely lightened/faded from age. The shoulder straps still have elasticity, but it is starting to show it's age.

There is some slight discoloration on the detachable waist bow really similar to what I'm seeing on the waist ties. Photos are in the comments since I totally forgot to include them in my listing.
