Has partial back shirring

Damages:
Has signs of wear, some discoloration on the front waist bow, but it's detachable and can be replaced with the smaller one which is in perfect condition.

The biggest issue is that the shoulder straps have lost all their shirring. I was thinking of shortening them and sewing them back on but I didn't want to alter the dress unless I was sure I would keep it forever. It's still absolutely wearable, it just will sit a bit lower on the chest.
