Can you tell me the actual measurements this dress would comfortably fit? The lolilibrary says the following but who in the hell has a 68cm waist?! Bust: About 88cm Waist: About 68cm

Sorry for the late reply! Stretching the shirring with my hands and getting measurements they ended up being about the same as official measurements, the max waist I was able to get was 72 cm.
