Dress was not stored hanging like it is in the picture, I only hung it like that for pictures.
For sale is Angelic Pretty's decoration dream back frill in black.
For damages please see photos. left armpit has a worn feeling to it, very small pulled thread, staining on neckline, another pulled thread on the back, stain near bottom of zipper, and a faded stain near the right bottom side.
Despite all its damages this dress, the elastic in the shoulders and back shirring is still strong and can still be worn many times.
Missing waist ties, waist bow, and corset lacing (I replaced it with some that I had on hand).

The shirring adds about 2 1/2 inches so the max would be 37 inches.
