Super cute and unique AP blouse featuring partial shirring, a gorgeous rhinestone collar, rose buttons and lace, a polka dotted mesh detail on the upper back, and waist ties.

The top part with mesh does not have shirring, so while the shirring allows flexibility for bust and waist sizing, this may not fit comfortably for people with wide shoulders. The flat pit-to-pit measurement is 42cm.
