Purchased secondhand. Condition is good, but has a feeling of use. The dots do have a texture to them and almost a "frayed" look. The backside has a large shirring panel for a comfy fit. The front waist ribbon on the dress is detachable. Blouse/chest ribbon in proof photos not included.
