I purchased this skirt because AP said it was blue. It is not.
It has a slight feeling of use, but is in otherwise awesome condition. It comes with a big detachable (via pin) bow and brooch.
Ribbon on the brooch shows a bit of wear- this can be resolved with a bit of clear nail polish or fray check. Skirt Measurements:
