I just got this in the mail but don't love the fit. :'(
The OP can fit much larger than the lolibrary measurements--I can measure the shirring if asked, just lemme know. I believe the elastic in the bodice area is slightyyy stretched from being on a hanger and/or just the weight of the dress itself, but the back elastic is still in nice shape. It has a built-in petticoat, waist ties, and neck ties, but is missing the large waist bow. The dress needs a good ironing as well, but no other flaws that I see.
I paid around $140, so just looking to get what I paid for the BIN. Trades always welcome. :)
