This blouse was bought new and I used it about 3-4 times.
Very cute and roomy with a max bust of 93cm, waist 82cm
It doesn't have shirring.
Sleeve length is 3/4
Fabric is chiffon.
There is a bit if fraying on the inside of the collar which was like that when I bought it new. Shown in photos.
