Bought from Mercari so I'm at least the second owner. Only worn once by me due to me not fitting the bust measurement. The measurement of 92cm on lolibrary is not accurate, I would make sure your bust is a little smaller. There are no damages and the extra button is still on the tag inside the blouse.

The waist ties are not included as I never received those.
