This is a stunning multi layered lace coverd JSK from Angelic Pretty. This is a Hime style pale sax with gold trim and pearls special dress set that originally cost about $500 it has been professionally altered to fit a larger size but also has back lace to cinch down to a smaller size as well. It comes with a matching headbow with mini veil but has no waist ties as that material was used to alter the garment. It is in excellent shape with no rips, stains or snags. I actually won best dressed  when I wore this to my comms annual ILD meetup.
