Worn twice, in perfect condition!
2015 re-release Chocolate Rosette series skirt by Angelic Pretty. Worn very rarely only, thus in perfect condition with rosette emblem pin. Waistband is adjustable (on the inside).
Has really cute waist ties and a pleated layered hem. Super beautiful and detailled emblem and ribbon print with regimental stripes.
