Very gorgeous dress from Angelic Pretty from the year 2008. Its name is Chocolat-chan Going Out and I think I'm its second owner. It's in great condition since I haven't worn it very much and I have kept it with care. The fabric is thick mixed with velvet. I love it very much, but it deserves somebody who will wear it more than I do. It comes with the waist ties. Measurements:
