I bought this 2nd hand and wore it once, the original owner bought it new and wore it twice. It's in great condition but it's missing the waist sash thing which would be really easy to make.
This is a great casual gyaru piece. I wore it with a denim jacket for a summer date and it was really cute, but you can go full lolita too; it's very versatile! Bust: 89 Waist: 70 Length: 82
