Such a gorgeous skirt with so many adorable details! The lace has little cherries sewn into it, the Angelic Pretty logo is embedded in the border print, and the waist ties have ribbons integrated into the tips. Released in 2005, so sits just at the end of the old-school era.

For more petite girls - I have a 24/25/26 inch waist and it fit but was a little snug.

The skirt is a little wrinkled due to being in storage but nothing that wouldn't naturally flatten out when worn a few times.

There is a light petticoat built in, so you can either wear the skirt by itself on casual days or use it to create more volume for when you're feeling more fancy :)
