This is a great dress that has been professionally modified to allow for more generous measurements. The waist ties were used to add fabric to the side seams, so the waist ties are not Included. The modifications are excellent and no one can tell it’s been altered when worn - except you, because it is so much more roomy and comfortable! I never thought I would sell this but only letting it go because I’m slowly leaving Lolita.

Bust ~ 39 in
Waist ~ 34 in

I would say it should fit up to a size 12 comfortably enough, possibly a size 14 with a lightweight blouse less comfortably. Of course, it still has lacing on the back, so you can make it smaller as well.
