AP skirt with cute pony appliques and a pearl chain!
It also features gold star buttons and gold star details. Comes with the waist-ties.

It's in pretty good condition except for a noted stitching difference in the bottom of the skirt and a stain on the right side where the stripes are. I received the skirt like this and because I have not yet worn it out, I have not tried to remove it. I've tried to capture these in the last photos

It's a pretty old skirt from 2010 so please keep that in mind before buying and understand that I've only been able to find obvious issues so please note there may be more things I missed

It has no shirring so I recommend being within 3 cms of the waist, the waist is marked at 66cm
