Hello~ Shipping to the US is $24 without Track & Trace or $32 with Track & Trace :) According to Lolibrary the sizing is: Bust: 88~108 cm (JSK), 92 cm (blouse) Waist: 68~78 cm Length: 84.5 cm + 3 cm lace (JSK) Hope that helps any!
