Angelic Pretty Candy Fun Fair Op in mint from 2013 with matching headband. Also threw in APs Melody Ribbon wrist cuffs in mint that I bought to wear with the dress. The dress is cotton and features full back shirring, cute puff sleeves, and detachable cross neck ties. Everything is in good used condition. No holes, tears, or stains in the dress. Full back shirring is still intact. Elastic on the wrist cuffs is good.
