Selling my Candy fun fair jsk in mint with matching headbow because it is too short on me. I bought it second hand and it includes the waist ties as seen on the pictures. The jsk has only been briefly tried on by me. There is a super super small stain on the front of the bodice (please check pictures to see how small it is). It already came to me like this and I washed the dress but sadly the stain did not come out but it is so super small that is not really visible when worn. On the back the jsk has full back shirring. The elastic of the 3rd row from the top seems to have snapped or something, the elastics is still inside. I am really bad a sewing but this should be easily fixable I guess! It still can be worn with the elastic like that but if you are skilled it should be fixable :) Please check the  pictures carefully. I tried to picture everything as clearly as possible. Sorry that the colors look different in some pictures but the current weather is not on my side today!

The dress was washed by me in the washing machine. 

According to lolibrary the bust should go up to 120cm and the waist up to 109  but I highly doubt it!  Owners note on lolibrary said that it was really snug on her with 106cm bust/90cm waist. I am not responsible if it won't fit. I recommend being under her measurements for best fit.
