I am the second owner, and only briefly tried it on. Originally purchased on Mercari.

This is a plus size friendly dress with bust to 124cm - check lolibrary link for more measurements.

There is no major damage, but there are a few tiny pils on the front overskirt - please see pictures. This is only in a couple spots. 

The dress has a long, elegant feel with a long overskirt that covers the main print. This overskirt is not detachable but the two bows that come with it are. 

The $30 shipping quote is for Canada & the USA. It will include tracking and full insurance coverage for the garment. Shipping internationally from Canada is unfortunately very expensive so you'll need to DM me if interested, and I can't guarantee a decent price I'm afraid.
