I currently live in a non-smoking home (none of my items for sale have been exposed to cigarette, e-cigarette or other types of smoke). I do live with one long-haired and one short-haired cat so please consider that the items will have been exposed to cat hair. I do my best to note all of the damages on a specific item, but human error is possible. I also launder the items (when applicable) before I send them out (hand-wash, dry-clean, spot clean, etc.). If you are unsatisfied with any item upon receipt of the item that you purchased, please let me know and I will do what I can to solve the problem (full refund if the item is sent back to me, partial if buyer keeps item but there were undisclosed damages listed). I do my best to ship items with insurance and tracking in a timely manner and prompt communication. I ship internationally from the United States, but please note that shipping can be expensive. Should an item be lost in the mail (unlikely if tracking and insurance is included), I will not be held liable.
