Angelic Pretty Black and White Polkadot Hairbow

I can't find the exact piece on lolibrary, but I think the AP label design indicates it is from around 2004/2005.
Please see look through all the photos. It's pretty old, it shows signs of age and wear. It's a bit floppy and the black is somewhat faded. There are a couple of rust marks on the inside of the band, but unseen when worn. The lace detailing on the bow is also little grubby. It's got life left though!
