Angelic Pretty Bear-chan Duffle Coat with Cape
I bought this from yahoo japan but haven't worn it. In good used condition, but the buttons are faded. The capelet and ties are removable with buttons.
Though this is called a coat, I would not consider it one except for in looks, the material is a thin fleece and it would not keep you warm in any particularly cold temperatures.

It will be quite expensive. Surface mail is $20, air is $35, tracked air mail (9 business days) is $60.
