This is Angelic Pretty's Antique Crown JSK in red and is probably the cutest dress I've ever owned!
The dress was only released a few weeks ago and as I've only worn it one time it's in absolute mint condition. It also comes with a detachable black bow.

Hi I'm not entirely sure and can't check right now as I'm out of the country but I'm fairly sure my waist is bigger than 79cm and it fit me fine. Thanks for your question :)
